Rare Soviet Union “Loyalty Sign”. Cold War Relic. 1 thumbnailRare Soviet Union “Loyalty Sign”. Cold War Relic. 2 thumbnail
This attractive coin is a Soviet relic of the Cold War, a 1962 PEOPLE'S REPUBLIC OF BULGARIA 2 Stotinki, converted to a Soviet Union “Loyalty Sign”.

When Bulgaria was a member of the Soviet Union it was a custom to have a coin made into a lapel clip-on (such as the one pictured here), called a “Loyalty Sign”, i.e. a sign of Bulgaria's loyalty to the Soviet Union. Following the downfall of the Soviet Union, Bulgaria joined The European Union (The E.U.) and NATO, and remains a member today. Don't miss this opportunity to own a unique piece of Soviet and Cold War era history, of which there will be no more. $20 (can ship).
