Well established construction services company islooking to hire an Accounting/Benefits Administrator.

Job Duties:
  • Reconcile insurance to general ledger.
  • Ensure timely payment of monthly premiums.
  • Handle all benefit compensation, reimbursement procedures.
  • Manage benefit enrollments and determine employee eligibility.
  • Handle benefit inquiries and complaints to ensure quick resolution.
  • Collaborate with accounting department for payments, when needed
  • Assist with payroll for 400+ employees
  • Weekly and Bi-weekly processing of Prevailing Wage payroll.

  • Needs to have a very positive attitude
  • Very detail oriented
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • 3+ years of previous payroll, benefits administration, and/or Human Resource experience
  • Previous ADP experience is preferred
  • Construction experience is a plus
  • Viewpoint experience is a plus
