Seeking to rent a 4+ bedroom 2+ bath house in West Salem only. Would consider 3 "official" bedrooms plus an office. Target square footage would be 2300 sq ft and up, but flexible depending on layout.
Targeting a little more on the higher price end with a monthly rent target of $3,000 to $3,800 a month.
Timing is open, ideally mid-Feb to mid-March move in dates, but flexible into April/May if needed. Live in West Salem now, but on a month to month lease (been there 2 years) and seeking a bit of an upgrade with this next move as we're currently in a 3 bedroom.
