My housing situation has become unmanageable where I am renting so I'm looking for a roommate to move into a 2 bed 1 bath apartment with me. The rent is $1000 with the deposit also being $1000. (I could be wrong and the amount could change depending on which unit is available ) You don't have to have great credit but a steady job with enough income to cover your half of rent and utilities. There's washer dryer hookups. I do not have a washer or dryer but can work on that. The apartment is off market & 16th. It's older but it's what I can into easily. I do have a dog that doesn't get along well with other animals. So that would mean no pets sorry.
I am a female mid 40s I am in a relationship and my partner will be back in Oregon mid January or February. So I need someone that will stay at least until then. Not saying you have to move when he returns but I would need someone to commit to staying at least that long. I'm quiet I just work and come home and hangout with my dog.
I do work overnight shifts a 3-4 nights a week so I am home during the day trying to sleep in those days. But
