Hi, I’m retired 65-year-old male Military Veteran with no criminal history of any kind. I’m looking for a private, long-term rental in the Salem or outskirt and rural areas.
Maximum rent I can handle around 900.00 per month. I have a monthly lifetime pension and social security income totaling $2,600. I also have substantial savings. I would need a minimum of 1-bedroom and at least 800 sq ft space, of course a small/tiny house with a garage would be ideal. I have an impeccable/flawless rental/credit history and am currently residing in retirement apartment complex in Grants Pass.
I am able to provide maintenance help, if needed. (THIS IS NOT A JOB SEARCH). I have decades of experience in carpentry, plumbing, painting, landscaping and electrical work. I have been a homeowner for most of my working life and I understand the respect you expect regarding your property. I am open to a conversion about whatever you might have to offer. But please, no RV’s or home share.
