Accelerated Assisting is looking for an experienced Dental Assistant who has a passion for teaching and helping the next generation of dental assistants succeed.
We are hiring an instructor for our Dental Assisting School and are looking for someone who is confident, dependable, encouraging, and excited to share their real-world dental assisting experience with students.

About the Role:
As a Dental Assisting Instructor, you will help teach students the foundational skills they need to become successful dental assistants. You will guide students through hands-on training, classroom instruction, clinical skills, and professional expectations in a dental office.
We are looking for someone who is interested in a long-term role and who wants to be part of a school that genuinely cares about student success.
Responsibilities:
- Teach dental assisting concepts and clinical skills to students
- Demonstrate proper dental assisting techniques
- Help students practice and improve hands-on skills
- Create a positive, encouraging learning environment
- Support students as they prepare for externships and dental office employment
- Help maintain a professional, organized classroom and lab environment
- Communicate clearly with students and school leadership
Requirements:
- Dental assisting experience is required
- Strong understanding of general dental assisting duties and clinical workflow
- Comfortable teaching, coaching, or mentoring others
- Dependable, professional, and organized
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Interest in making a long-term commitment to the program
Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate is an experienced Dental Assistant who enjoys helping others learn. You do not need to have previous formal teaching experience, but you should be comfortable explaining dental procedures, demonstrating clinical skills, and supporting students as they grow.
