As a Radiologic Technologist, you understand th your role goes beyond performing diagnostic imaging exams - it is also about creing a positive and reassuring experience for every pient. Through professionalism, compassion, and tention to pient care, you help ensure pients feel respected, informed, and comfortable throughout their visit.

In this role, you will perform ionizing radiographic and fluoroscopic procedures in a variety of clinical settings according to physician orders, applying sound judgment in exposure factors, imaging techniques, and pient care practices. Success in this position requires the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments while maintaining exceptional pient care and promoting positive outcomes for both pients and care teams. Legacy Silverton Medical Center serves the heart of the Willamette Valley with a wide mix of services, many not typically available in a community hospital: CT scan (computerized tomography), nuclear medicine, echocardiography, family birth center and much more.

• Imaging: Provides quality images with accuracy and efficiency, using optimal skills and knowledge of all equipment.
• Documention: Ghers complete documention of all pertinent informion to provide accure and timely service to customers.
• Pient Care and Safety: Provides for personal and pient care and safety using professional judgment in accordance with written standards so there is no injury to self or others.
• Professional Behavior: Practices professional communicions, appearance, conduct, punctuality, tendance and titude th lead to physician, pient and co-worker respect and confidence.

Educion:

• Gradue of certified Radiologic Technology school or program.

• Current applicable ste license in Diagnostic Radiologic Technology required.
• Registered Radiological Technologist A.R.R.T. (R) required.
• BLS Certificion: Personnel providing direct care in pient care and diagnostic areas are required to acquire and maintain BLS for Provider certificion from the American Heart Associion.
