All the devices come complete with A.C. adapter, pump, disbursal pad, velcro straps, and everything you need to keep your injured body part ‘iced’ for an hour at a time or more. Other brands also available for a slightly lower price. All are complete and tested. This is the best price on Craigslist, and if someone else offers them cheaper, I'll direct you to them.
These devices give you hours of cold therapy instead of minutes. To operate them, you fill the cooler with ice, add water, and then a pump circulates the cold water out of the cooler, through a pad, and then back to the cooler. The pad wraps around your injured body part and keeps it cold. If you have a joint injury, or have had an operation, they really help the healing process, and keep swelling down.
