These cattle have been pasture fed from hay cut from my chemical-free hayfield on my small farm. Barley/alfalfa finished for 8 weeks to add more flavor without adding excessive fat. Never any antibiotics or hormones. $4.50/lb hanging weight. Cut/wrap fee to be paid directly to Western Meats in Colton. Quarter, half, or whole.
Butcher date is May 8th.
