We have availability on our March 4th as well as our May 26th process; they can be sold as whole or halves by hanging weight. They will be processed at Farmers Helper in Harrisburg, Oregon as always. You get to place your own custom instructions and we’re always happy to give ideas if needed!
These hogs are raised in a very clean environment, fed a locally milled grain and topped daily with excess milk from our dairy cows. The taste is absolutely amazing; it’s always an exciting day filling the freezer with fresh pork.
