Here at S&S Ranch, our mission is to produce premium, 100% grass-fed and finished beef through regenerative farming practices that restore soil health, promote animal welfare, and nourish our community. Raised with Care on a Regenerative Farm!! Our cattle are 100% grass-fed and grass-finished, raised on open pastures using regenerative farming practices that heal the land, support biodiversity, and sequester carbon.

We live breed on site with our certified Angus bull and raise our calves with love and joy. These wonderful cattle are family members to use and they enjoy working the land for in our Regenerative Farming Practices. Our bull calves are castrated at 6-8 months which gives them the balance of growth they need and deserve to full fill there purpose and maintain weight. Our steers are put down on site around 22-26 months from birth. We DO NOT use commercial VACCINES, HORMONES or PESTICIDES.

We are currently using Mid Valley Processing as our mobile butcher. Our price per LB includes all processing and butcher fees UNLESS you request custom packing on your ground beef. Standard package is 1.5-2lbs so if you request 1lb ground beef there will be an additional fee.

1/4 $8.50lb(average weight 160-185)
1/2 $8.25lb(average weight 320-370)
WHOLE BEEF $8lb(average weight 640-740)

Our last butcher date was July and hang weight was 724lbs

August 19th is our next butcher date and I have 1 beef remaining

While supplies last I have 2lb packages of PREMIUM ground beef shares!(ground brisket,bottom round,top round and chuck roast)
