We have two sets of ducklings about two weeks apart in age. They are organically raised on an acreage. Mothers were killed by coyotes so the older ducklings have been raising the younger ones and are doing very well. No heat lamp needed. Runner/crested mix. Mother ducks were very heavy layers. Giving mostly 2 eggs a day PER DUCK Then dry season around July-sept they gave 1 egg a day. There are about 16 ducklings total. Not sexed must all go together. Possibly a half split. They are running on acreage and cone in the morning for food, then go into coop for the night. Easy to catch.
