Grass Fed Beef - $5 (Molalla)

We are selling at:
$5.25 per lb. hanging weight for whole beef, $5.50 for half, and $5.75 for quarter (includes the slaughter/kill fee). The cut and wrap cost to the local butcher shop is separate at about $1 to $1.25 per lb hanging.
Total cost typically runs $1025 for a quarter, $1950 for half, and $3750 for whole beef.
