Very good condition.
I purchased this mattress about two years ago. Atop it I placed a three-inch memory foam pad, and both mattresses were wrapped in mattress pads.
So the T & Needle mattress was protected by that three-inch pad for the ten months I used it and no body was actually sleeping atop it.
It is not a reversible mattress.
It is a firm, but not terribly firm, mattress.
Clean with no stains or real wear, no center “slope”.
Some light marks on the bottom from sitting atop my wooden platform bed frame. See pic.
Going for $200 + shipping, new; I’d take $70 for it.
