Sofa is 8.3 feet (100 inches)from corner to end on each side. No stains. Regularly steamed cleaned. Needs to be gone by June 10th. Used couch in a home with cats and dogs, no smoking. Legs have some damage but still sturdy (picture shown of leg is purposely moved, each leg unscrews independently) small damage noted otherwise in photos. Breaks down into two loveseats and a corner. Willing to negotiate. Local pickup only.
