The hutch is in great condition and so are most of the pieces. It has been de-constructed for a few years so this listing is MAINLY for the HUTCH but the pieces, directions, nails, and everything related that I could find are included.

There is VERY light water dmg on a few of the feet/lower part of the desk (not the entire thing). It's been in my garage for many years and is dusty (I'll do my best to clean it up but some of it will need to be dusted a bit more in depth). All known dmg pictured. This is a dream desk /great if you aren't moving for a while.
