Fresh Wild Mushrooms: Chanterelles, porcini, lobster and more (Salem)

I'm a commercial mushroom forager seeking clients for wild foraged mushrooms this fall.

I mainly pick porcini, chanterelles, matsutake and lobsters but I also get cauliflower, chicken of the woods, reishi and others.

Lobsters and chanterelles $15/lb
Porcini (white pores only) $30/lb
Matsutake buttons $40/lb
Matsutake open-veils $30/lb

I also teach year-round foraging lessons. There is a higher up front cost but then you get your mushrooms for free for the rest of forever so it balances out long term.

Cash only. Local pickup in Salem. I pick the valley and coast range and may just be able to come to you on my way to work.
