Buddha Kat Winery is seeking motivated individuals with a passion for Wine and Hospitality to join our Team as servers at the Salem Farmers' Market on Saturdays. Buddha Kat Winery is looking for an individual with the following traits: Hospitality-minded by nature · Desire to create a memorable and unique experience for all guests · Team mentality and work ethic · Flexible and fun-loving · Must be able to bend, squat, climb, push, stoop, and crouch repeatedly · Must be able to lift to 50 lbs regularly. Have or the ability to obtain a valid OLCC server's permit, and have a clean and valid, current Driver’s License as well as reliable transportation. Duties include moving wine to the booth, setting up the booth, selling to customers, loading up the booth, and abiding by market and festival rules. Winery experience is a plus, but we will train—opportunities to assist at other events/festivals as the need arises.
