One‑cook, one‑waitress per shift environment

Responsibilities
Prepare classic diner breakfast and lunch items quickly and consistently
Operate grill, fryer, and flat‑top with confidence
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen
Manage ticket flow during rush periods
Handle basic prep, restocking, and opening/closing kitchen duties
Communicate smoothly with front‑of‑house staff
Ideal Candidate
Previous short‑order or diner cooking experience required
Strong multitasking and time‑management skills
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
Comfortable in a fast‑paced, small‑team environment
