2007 Volkswagen Passat Wagon - $3,500 (Salem)

I'm the 3rd owner, grandparents had it before me for most of its life, many of the miles were highway miles.
It's been an *incredibly* reliable car for me - had to do surprisingly little to keep it running well.
Will be a great daily driver for you.

Recent services:
- 2 new front tires from Schwab 1 year ago, rear tires 4 yrs ago
- New front brakes last month, rear pads/rotors 1 year ago
- New radiator, radiator fan/control module, hoses, etc.
- Transmission service (flush / new fluid) last month
- Oil change last month
- New Costco battery within last year
Things to know before you check it out:
- Cosmetically the car shows its age in some places, but also looks great for an almost 20 year old car. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder, I guess?
- Ceiling fabric has started to peel away over the back row of seats, didn't bother me but maybe it will be a thing you'll want to fix.
- A/C works well enough when it's not 90+ out, but anything close to there and it has a hard time keeping up. Heat works great.
- Driver heated seat takes a long time to start working (30+ minutes), passenger side works normal
- Hatch lift motors are going out so it needs a little manual assistance to open / close.
- Tires are due for rotations
