1973 VW High Top Bus T2 Bay Window Hightop HiTop - RUNS GREAT! - $10,500 (Salem, OR)

This manual transmission High Top (HiTop) bus was the Adventurewagen model, but the kitchen has been removed. The ceiling height in the middle of the bus is about 6ft high! The bed still works great, and the straps/hooks are included (no mattress).
I purchased this in 2021 and had a LOT of work done by Ashley at Always V-Dub in Portland, including a new/rebuilt 2.0L engine w/ new clutch, carbs, and breaks. I have the receipts for all of that work (shown here, but with my personal info and prices removed). I have driven less than 300 miles since getting this work done! Since then, I've had it maintained by Wagenwerks, in Salem, OR.
Tires are BRAND NEW with about 20 miles on them (only shown in one photo)!
Misc. "things" that have been done in the last 3 years: push button start, several new window seals (not all), new foam & seat covers for front seats (back seat still needs to be done), new seatbelts in front, new factory floor mat in front, all new exterior lights, new vehicle battery, as well as a new deep cell battery (for aux power), new door panels (unfinished plywood), new roof vent, and it comes with a car cover that fits perfectly.
Interior is NOT finished, as it needs a headliner and it does not currently have heat or a/c.
Current Oregon registration expires 6/27, with Pacific Wonderland plates, and clean title in my name.
Paint is original. I also have the spare tire mount for the front, which allows you to display your tire with the hubcap facing out.
Odometer: 47,700 (less than 300 on new engine)
This is a great price, but I am open to reasonable offers, as I really need to free up some space in my driveway!
