The bad;
High miles on the engine, burns some oil, blown freeze plug so it's been overheated. Needs tires. Needs muffler and exhaust.
It will need to be trailered. You can fill the radiator, charge the battery, and it will start and drive long enough to drive it up onto a trailer.
