Runs and drives perfect, New $259 battery in November, recent oil change, pretty fair Goodyear Assurance Weather ready tires on alloy wheels, service records, needs nothing that I know of.

No 3rd row seat, though the seats could be added, bolt locations for seats, and seat belts are there.
