Pettit Staffing is seeking a motivated Customer Service & Office Coordinator to join our clients team.

This position is responsible for processing customer orders, invoicing, and handling daily communications (phone, email, and internal follow-ups). You’ll work directly with customers and support our internal operations, ensuring accuracy from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
Process and enter customer orders accurately.
Prepare and send invoices.
Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a professional, customer-focused manner.
Provide order updates and resolve customer inquiries.
Support general office tasks as needed.
Follow established processes, while understanding how each step fits into overall operations.
Ideal Candidate
Strong organizational skills and ability to follow processes through from beginning to end.
Customer service experience; office/admin background preferred.
Flooring or construction industry experience is a plus, but not required.
Self-motivated, dependable, and eager to learn.
