1. Experience in reaching out to all prospective buyers (sites, individuals, Real Estate companies, etc. Facebook, ANY meaningful, useful net source of prospective sale. Purchased ads, etc etc
2. You obviously must have a thorough and deep background in this. I am elderly, I want action, the lots sold not talking about what you might, could, maybe do.
3. I will provide materials I have and pictures but you must be creative and possibly hire new resources to use in our sales effort (drone photography etc) and avail yourself of the numerous net sources, google earth etc.
4. Compensation is very fair to get you started, the largest comp is at the closing of a sale (I’ll do all paperwork, negotiations, etc) you get the buyer. I need this done, I want an intelligent dedicated to results person, compensation is more than fair. I’m generous.
5. Two one acre lots $5,500 each, one three acre lot $12,000.
