Soviet Cold War “Loyalty Sign”. - $20 (Salem)

Soviet Cold War “Loyalty Sign”. 1 thumbnailSoviet Cold War “Loyalty Sign”. 2 thumbnail
This attractive relic of the Soviet Union Cold War era is a 1962 PEOPLE'S REPUBLIC OF BULGARIA 2 Stotinki. When Bulgaria was a member of the Soviet Union it was a custom to have a coin made into a lapel clip-on (such as the one pictured here), called a “Loyalty Sign”, i.e. a sign of Bulgaria's loyalty to the Soviet Union.

Following the downfall of the Soviet Union, Bulgaria joined The European Union (The E.U.) and NATO, and remains a member today. Don't miss this opportunity to own this attractive and unusual piece of Soviet Cold War history, of which there will be no more. $20 (can ship).
