I don’t know how to test it other than turning on the light and looking in the eye piece
Looking in the eye piece it has circles and is a greenish color.
Looks like everything that should move, does.
What you see in the photos is what you’ll receive.
Might just be a shelf decoration or a 30 lb fancy paper weight.
