The sale includes the boat and the slip is for docking.
The slip can accommodate a boat with 38’ max and 12’ max wide. Monthly fee for the slip is around $300 including the amenities in the Embarcadero resort (electric, water, swimming pool, exercise room, storage, and living aboard). The slip is in B dock.
The boat is running great, and has a 454 big block engine with new big block (about 100 hours on the new block). It also has a bravo 3 outdrive which has been sand blasted and repainted with few coats of epoxy in 2022 to minimize the corrosion in saltwater. It is upgraded with new 9” Garmin gps (GPSMAP 94 3XSV) and fish finder with in hull sonar. It is currently docked in Newport. It can be slept with 6 people, four would be more comfortable.
I bought it in 2018 and did a lot of upgrades including electronic system, moving the holding tank to the engine compartment with all new hoses. I took it out for crabbing, fishing, whale watching with my kids, and watching fireworks at the bay with my family on Jul 4th. So bring me the offer then talk.
