I originally had a 25 hp elec johnson motor on this boat. I couldn't get it running. I bought:
A New controller with 12ft and 15ft cables. Never used Paid $250, Includes new ignition.

New 3 adult life jackets, throw pad, $40 for all
Various other boat accessories such as rod holders, gas tank and other small items $40
