20 foot jet with inline 6 cyl merc jet and 9.9 Merc 4 stroke trolling motor. Built in 2004, always garaged, fished every season on Alsea primarily but other fresh waters including the Columbia and Santiam. Full canvas, will fish 6. 25 gal tank under floor and two 6 gallon tanks, one on each side. This boat was designed and built for outboard engine jets. The bottom has a section designed to direct a flow of water to the jet no matter the depth. One of my long time fishing friends says it will float on a wet napkin if need be. He also can tell great stories about world class fish he has caught.
Boat will be sold with full gear (rods and reels) to fish six. Salmon to crappie. Has EZ Loader galvanized trailer, Powered propane cabin heater, two (front and rear) fish finders, too much to list.
The big motor is a two stroke 115 hp originally but was rebuilt in 2010 by Mark at Mark's Mercs. Mark is well known for his tuned
and built Merc outboards. I had these motors on a smaller boat when I bought the Mariner. I moved them to the new boat and reportedly lost the power I needed for good performance. I took it in for rebuilding. When completed I asked Mark what would the horsepower rating be and his answer was: I can't give an answer on that, but it will burn a lot more gas. (It goes faster, too)
Call for viewing.
The boat is the Apple Two which a lot of fishermen will recognize. Donna and I have been having health problems and havn't used it for two years. Time to let it go. We are the original owners (Boat and both motors) and purchased it just as the original North River company collapsed.
