2019 Corolla barter for tractor/skidsteer (Salem)

Note1: I am willing to drive the car to your bank for inspection or a mechanic of your choice.
Note2: If paying by check it will have to be at a local bank and i will drive the car there and check will be cashed first before title is signed over.
Note3: Viewing/purchase can only be done on Friday, Saturday or Sunday.
Car: 2019 Toyota Corolla BASE. Speedometer miles 23,000. Automatic transmission. 1.8L 4 cylinder engine. Color: White.
Title: Clean clear title(no liens) in my name. Recently had to transfer title due to expiring tags. Tags are new 2/27.
History: One owner car purchased by my mother from Capitol Toyota. No smoking or pets in car. Was under a carport its whole life and still is. She always kept towels on the seats. This car still smells like new inside. Will come with all original documentation and 2 keys. All service including oil changes was done at Capitol also. Extras: OEM Toyota rubber floor mats, front, rear and the trunk(Original carpet mats in the trunk). OEM splash guards all 4 installed at dealer. All 4 tires are newer also installed at the dealer. Had a non repairable flat and they convinced her it would be best to replace all tires. Had 2 hubcaps replaced(original ones in the trunk also). Fresh oil change.
Reason for selling: Mother passed away. This is just an extra car here and I have my own 3 cars to drive. I would keep it but have my own Corolla work car to drive.
Note 1: One small crack on lower front bumper and a blemish spot on rear bumper.
Note 2: This is not an emergency sale, fire sale or desperation sale. Look at all posting for Corollas here and in todays market they are generally overpriced $2 to $5k over blue book with 2 to 3 times more miles on them. Also from a dealer you will not know the history of the car. I am an honest seller and have disclosed all info on this car.
