I’m opening a small warehouse workspace in the Albany / Corvallis / Lebanon area and am looking for makers, builders, and small operators who need shop space but don’t want to pay rent.
This is not a traditional makerspace and not a hobby club.
How it works:
You get free access to a shared warehouse workspace
Basic utilities, work areas, and organization provided
You bring your own projects, tools, and materials
In exchange, you agree to wear a head-mounted camera along with two external cameras while you work
The work must be real, productive work
Who this is a good fit for:
Woodworkers / furniture builders
Cabinet makers
Metal or mechanical builders
Assembly or repair operators
Small product builders or hardware startups
Etsy/other online store operator that needs space
Anyone doing consistent hands-on work who needs space
Requirements:
Willingness to record while working
Minimum weekly hours (to be discussed)
Safe, responsible shop behavior
No expectation of ownership over recorded footage
This is an early pilot program. Space will be limited.
If interested, reply with:
1. What kind of work you do
2. How many hours per week you typically work
3. What kind of space/tools you need
