A crown for your antique home! Or a fence around an antique grave plot! This iron cresting was originally made in a rectangular shape and my photographs show it as being 86" x 62" but each iron section can be unscrewed to become 14" in length and your own dimensions can be adjusted for. There are 20 sections and 4 corner posts. Each section has a footing piece and the foot juts out 2.5". In each section, the shorter "arrow" design stands at 18" in height and the "Asian-inspired" design with a phoenix on the bottom area stands at 23" high. Each corner post is 32" in height. The iron is very substantial and there is no loss of material due to erosion, rusting, or weathering. There are no missing pieces and some welding repair work is present in 3 sections and in 2 corner post decorations near the top. After this piece is painted and securely installed, the repaired sections will not be noticeable. Wrought iron is heavy and would be difficult to ship without damaging this complete, hard-to-find architectural piece, therefore, the buyer will be responsible for pick-up and transport.
