I don't normally do this, but since there's no good way to rate real estate management companies, I am posting this. I was a wild haven customer for a couple of years, had nothing but trouble with them. They were terrible with customer service, treating us like second class citizens and miscommunication was rampant. I figured it was tolerable considering we were paying a bit less in rent. BUT, then you try to leave their company, giving all proper notice and cleaning/repairing everything, they STILL gouged us on fees. The refrigerator had a bent door rail (the ones that hold the mustard) on a 20 year old refrigerator. They charged us for a new refrigerator, $500. Everything else worked. Because we were purchasing a home, we couldn't risk upsetting wild haven. So they took that from the deposit.
Just fyi fellow humans.
