Application fee to be applied to 1st month rent upon approval. $450 Security Deposit upon approved credit.
Rent is $735/ mo + Power paid by usage. Rent includes water, sewer, garbage, and Wifi. We have bathroom & shower facilities available, on-site coin operated laundry and a community room with TV & couch! You pay for power by usage to the park with the rent. We are long term only with a 90 day minimum.
RV must be in complete working order and appearance must be approved by management. We can accommodate RVs up to 35ft and must be 30 amp. Furry residents up to 40lb welcome! We recently put in a dog park! No more than 2 pets per space.
Onsite office hours are 8-12 Monday - Friday. We are off site but available via phone 2-6.
