The apartment: Creekside Meadows Apartment complex in Independence Oregon
3 bedroom, 2 bath ground floor, end unit apartment that I am looking for someone to take over the lease.
The lease is set until March of 2026 and usually in January, the landlord will offer a lease renewal to the resident for the following year (March 2026-2027), it usually goes up a little bit if you choose the lease option, if you opt to go month to month, the rent increase is slightly higher.
There is a patio/ deck off the back of the apartment, its very private and I have enjoyed listening to the birds and nature sounds Ash creek has. The apartment also has a side yard, not fenced, but its considered connected to this apartment and I have hosted many pop up parties and summer movie nights in the yard. The apartment comes standard with a washer, dryer, fridge, dishwasher, garbage disposal, blinds. When you are in the apartment due to how its set up, you cannot tell that you are living in an apartment complex, all the windows face the creek.
The complex is pet friendly, (and I do want to encourage anyone who is interested and has pet to explore getting an Emotional Support Animal Letter from your Primary Care Doctor to negate the costs of the pet deposit/ pet rent the apartment complex would charge you.)
The water/sewer/ garbage/ electric/ wifi is not included in the rent costs but I can show you what the fees are each month for this apartment if you have any questions. I've lived here for 5.5 years and have enjoyed it quite a bit. There is 1 dedicated parking spot under the carport, and there are lots of uncovered parking spaces if you have more than 1 car.
