I dare anyone to prove me wrong on this. You do not have to sit by and watch the federal government strip away our rights as citizens. It is happening right under your very feet in the state you live in. Judges are ignoring evidence that proves a person innocent in exchange for discrimination, harassment, psychological abuse, and revoking our rights to due process. It happens at the state level and county level every day. DHS and Child Welfare Services are able to wrongfully accuse and find people guilty of alleged crimes that they did not commit because they are not required to investigate charges or alligations of criminal activity. They are allowed by court judges to discriminate and make their own rules without answering to anyone for the "convenient" changes in their policies to benefit themselves. Thousands of children are being taken out of their safe home and placed with abusive foster parents or paternal parents because DHS/Child Welfare Services refuses to investigate the facts. Anyone can call in an alligations and they come in and remove the children before a thorough investigation has been done. If they don't like you, they will keep the children as long as they want while discriminating against you for whatever reason they feel they have. There is nobody to stop them.
A Marion County judge in Oregon will only allow visitation of a child if the mother can prove she has no access to firearms and turns over medical records to prove she is taking her medications. Last time I checked, this mother had stacks of police reports clearing her name of all the false reports her ex has filed against her. DHS took the alligations and turned them into the judge to discredit the mother. It worked because when she provided the courts and judges with evidence that cleared her name of all wrongdiong the judges instead took away her civilian and civil rights instead. Don't take the attitude that this can not happen to you, because it can. The government does not care what is going on here. It only makes their job easier to slowly strip us of our rights. It may be time to find a new country to live in. It can't be any less free than here now. You have no due process, anyone can take your child/children away from you without just cause or probable cause or evidence for that matter, and you can fight until you are blue in the face, but justice in America comes down to one thing; greenbacks. If you want justice you better have a lot of money to hire the justice you deserve and fight for your good name.
