My name is Victorio C. Rivera, an artist and a painter from Philippines; formaly married to Betty Umali{deceased} also from Philippines.
We have one lovely daughter, H. Rivera, musician and married to E. Heinz in the state of Oregon.
I came to the United States of America in the year 1958.

Me and my wife, Betty Umali used to have lots of friends all over the World.

However , as a result of unexpected events happened to me , I was forced to abandoned my contact with my relatives and, my loveones, becuase I did not want to mislead them or lie about the corruptions in the United States of America..

I was forced to become a "lawyer" to fihgt the corruptions in the judicial system of the United States.
Even my daughter is not informed of my details of my life.

Now is the time to tell all loving and law abiding citizens of the United States about the corruptions in the State of Oregon and in the United States of America.
