Psychological terrorism. I remember in college learning about domestic and foriegn terrorism, but today in Oregon as I write this, the courts are allowing abusers to continue abusing their victims senslessly. How, well, first basic psychology says that a person who has a narcisstic and abusive personality will continue to abuse a victim until the victim is no longer in the picture. We now know that this is not accurate. If two people with a narcisstic and abusive personality find common ground in one particular victim, they will actually work together to abuse the same victim.

How are the courts involved? Well, the Oregon courts refuse to acknowledge the fact that these abuser use an entire arsenal of psychological torment on their victims. The courts are not paid to be knowledgable in these matters and are not required to know. They can only focus on what they see physically. Doctor reports, ER reports, police reports, etc. They do not understand psychological reports. So the abusers can get away with all kinds of psychological terrorism tactics such as filing false criminal charges against the victim, reporting to DHS false events and witnesses, etc. All of these tactics are used to break down the victim and cause psychological instability. The victim is now accused of being the abuser and has to find a way to protect themselves from the onslaught of false accusations, the lact of due process, and civil and medical rights are stripped away because the courts refuse to take into account the dozens of police reports that state the victim is innocent and has never even been questioned due to a lack of probable cause and evidence.

Psychological terrorism is ment to do specifically that. Terrorize the victim into making rash and unsound decisions. It is intended to drive them to the edge of insanity if not over the edge of insanity. The victim is not safe from this kind of abuse. They can be hundreds of miles away, across the ocean or across the state lines and the abusers will find a way to blame them or accuse them of something they did not do. They get away with it because DHS refuses to listen due to their own brand of discrimination and corruption along with the courts. It is insanity at its finest because the psychological field is the only one who acknowledges this type of abuse and is aware of it because of years of research involving domestic and psychological abuse. Yet in a way the courts do recognize psychological abuse. Parents can be charged with psychological abuse. Child molesters can be charged with psychological abuse. Kidnappers can be charged with psychological abuse. There are hundreds of cases in which a child was taken and psychologically conditioned during their imprisonment. There are hundreds of cases of domestic violence in which the victim has been psychologically programed with trained and conditioned responses to a situation.

Not in my case. With no money to obtain a private lawyer, the courts and DHS are helping the abusers to continue their torment and psychological terrorism. Now I am told that it is against the law to commit suicide because I do not feel safe from the torment and corrupt dealings with the courts and law enforcement. I have a wonderful life I could be living if I felt safe enough to step outside my home long enough to enjoy it.
