I have a small home 980 square feet 2Bedrooms, 1.5 Bathroom, single car garage with 1.5 driveway with sprinkling system, in the Englewood area very low maintenance yard. I am selling my home at this time and since the market is very slow and I am need of a larger home with a bigger yard with at least .23 acres or more and 1200 sq ft hm or larger, my home would be a good starter home for someone or an older couple that wants to down size. Great neighbors that will be missed when I finely have to move. The home that I am in seach of would be at least 3 bedrooms, 2 car garage with a RV pad and 1.5 bathroom or more and if it needs a little TLC, thats ok.
